Hi, I’m Dr. Montalvo. Hi, and I’m Dr. Andrade. Welcome to our dental practice. When you first walk in, you’ll be greeted with a warm and friendly smile. You’ll see lots of team and family photos on the walls because family and teamwork mean a lot to us. We’ve created a warm and inviting space so it feels more like you’re visiting a friend than going to the dentist. We have a friendly front office team that will help you with your registration and will assist you every step of the way to make you feel comfortable and care. The treatment room is where we’ll spend most of our time getting to know you and your needs. Together, we’ll build a custom treatment plan just for you. This is our 3D imaging machine. It allows us to see detailed images of your teeth and jaw that can’t be seen on a regular X-ray. It helps us provide excellent care to our patients. We can plan implants, orthodontics, and TMJ appliances. This is our 3D printer. We use this to create appliances like aligners, night guards, and TMJ splints. This makes the fit of our appliances much more accurate. On top of our focus of preventative dental care, our services include dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, Botox for jaw pain, Six Month Smile Braces, Laser Therapy, and “Single Tooth Anesthesia,” a unique numbing system for anxious patients.
Our office staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. Our receptionist has over 10 years of experience with insurances. We are in network with most insurance plans. As long as your dental plan lets you choose your dentist you are welcome here. We are one of the few practices that are contracted “in network” as opposed to “out of network” with nearly all insurance plans. This means that most of your fees will be generally lower.
